	The concept of a matchmaking outfit was conceived by my husband some ten years ago in 1994. He discovered that most of his secretaries spanning a period of 20 years between 1984 to 1994 were unmarried for one reason or the other even though they were good marriage material as they say. Due to cultural inhibitions, it is difficult for a lady to approach a gentleman for a relationship in Nigeria, hence, the birth of Romeo and Juliet to midwife a relationship between a man and a woman with a view to marriage. The company was registered in May 1999 and commenced operation in April 2003.

	Management The Managing Director of the agency is Mrs. Mopelola Lydia Ogunlusi, a devout Christian who has over 30 years experience in marriage, she trained as a medical laboratory scientist from UCH Ibadan and had her special training in cytology at the Hammersmith College Hospital in London and Leeds University in UK. She has a natural flair for marriage counseling and matchmaking. She has been used by God to settle many broken homes and to arrrange successful marriages for many people in the country and abroad. She is blessed with wonderful children and a supportive husband.
